The INEOS Go Humans Academy is a year-round streaming service that aims to help you conquer anything to be your best self. These free short videos cover multiple areas of life, giving you actionable advice and support from experts, athletes and creatives, designed to help you make small, incremental changes.

The 3 phases of the INEOS Go Humans Academy are:

Phase 1 - Mental + Physical Fitness with the New Zealand All Blacks XV and leading experts, Kimberley Wilson, Harry Jameson and GRNDHOUSE.

Phase 2 - Belonging, Identity + Self-Esteem featuring Jordan Stephans, Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Michaela, the INEOS Britannia Crew, and the world champion Black Ferns Rugby team.

Phase 3 - The Power of Movement has been designed to demonstrate how intentional movement can bridge the gap between mental resilience and optimised performance. Throughout this series, you'll discover how to transform challenges into victories, merging the rigour of sport with the rhythm of dance to supercharge mental and physical wellbeing

The INEOS Go Humans Academy is 100% free to view to all. No payment is required.

We have partnered with 1851 Trust which works with schools and teachers to show our masterclasses to students and develop lessons and activities around them to support their development.

Each phase has its own unique theme. Each theme is supported by a word class athletes, experts and creatives. 

We develop classes that bring their skills together in a unique and interesting way to provide different perspectives and insights to learn from.

With INEOS Go Humans Academy, you can be inspired and educated at any time, from anywhere. All the videos for each phase are available on our website and our YouTube channel @INEOSGOHUMANS. 

Each topic and phase has been designed to be accessible for everyone, however, if you’re looking to dip in and out, we recommend scrolling through and seeing which topic resonates best with you. We regularly add new videos and phases so you can be sure that there’ll be something that’s right for you.
