HOW TO USE: Pump hand wash twice onto wet hands, massage into a lather for up to one minute, rinse and dry.

Is the product suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our hand washes have been dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin.

Do your hand washes kill viruses + COVID?

The product has not been tested for virucidal activity and therefore we do not claim any effectiveness against viruses or COVID.

Are your hand washes antibacterial?

The antibacterial property of our hand washes is a secondary characteristic provided by physical removal of bacteria (by washing) and the inclusion of the phytoncide plant material ingredients which have been shown to have antibacterial properties.

Are there any parabens in the product?

There are no parabens present in our hand wash.

My pump is not working properly. What can I do to fix it?

If the pump is continually spinning, we suggest to screw the main cap tightly and try to twist the pump to release mechanism. It should release.

If pump is stiff to release, we suggest pushing down and rotating to see if this pushes the mechanism into place.
